Why do we have too many mods? If we get enough users, we should be able to put them back into our staff. But at this point, we only have few users posting, and almost none of them are against the rules. I suggest we lay off a few moderators who appear to not be doing their job, and rehire them in the future when we advertise enough to get a quality amount of users that we need more moderators to help because most of the users are posting a lot. We should have that amount of users IF we have a lot of users such as DP, or if this forum is combined with another, or more than 2 forums like CPP. But that won`t happen, that`ll take a while to develop.
